It was founded by a working Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience — and every course in the library, whoever creates it, is held to that same standard: grounded in real practice, not just theory.

Where it started
FillUpLearn grew out of a simple question: could well-designed, video-based learning actually change how people show up for each other — not just what they know? That question shaped a graduate research project on trauma-informed, multimedia learning design.
The answer was yes. That research became FillUpLearn’s first course, and the library has been growing ever since.
